POLICE – Fight in front of Lansdowne store ends with pepper-spray attack

A fight in front of the Lansdowne Street Dollarama store Wednesday night ended in a bear-spray assault.
At about 6 p.m., Kamloops RCMP were called to the store on Lansdowne Street for a report of a disturbance. When they arrived, they were told that two males had been fighting outside of the store when one of them pulled bear spray and sprayed the other. They then ran in opposite directions. Police were unable to locate either of the suspects.
A bystander was treated on the scene by B.C. Ambulance for symptoms received from residual pepper spray. There were no other injuries.
The suspects are described as: a First Nations male with tattoos and wearing camouflage pants; and a Caucasian male wearing red shorts.

I’m surprised the cops cared enough to show up. There’s a guy who hangs out in riverside who rides a scooter ( even though he’s able bodied ) and blasts music really loud some music being offensive. He also breaks into cars, hassles tourists and residents and some fighting. What wonderful lasting impression he leaves with people who come to visit our city. Do you think they could come and do something about it. Not likely well they haven’t yet. Priorities please RCMP.
