PETERS – Where were the massive pipeline protests we were promised?

WHEN PRIME MINISTER Trudeau came to Vancouver to sell the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain pipeline expansion, did you see the crowds of protesters following him?

peters-colhedDid you see the phalanx of angry environmentalists greeting him outside of every media outlet, demanding he reverse his government’s decision to approve the expansion?

Did you see the scores of First Nations demonstrators accusing Trudeau of betraying them?

No you didn’t, because that didn’t happen.

  1. One thing (of many things) confuses me. The Canadian public has been told the source of fentanyl coming into Canada. If it’s true, then why lie down and continue to take casualties in the so called “war on drugs”?
    Our people are being killed indiscriminately.
    Why are politicians celebrating the success of a pipeline project in one breath then wailing about the fentanyl crisis in the next breath?
    “Friends don’t let friends drive drunk.” I think we get that one OK. “Friends don’t sell fentanyl to friends”. Maybe we have to work on that one a little bit.
    Keep the pipeline projects but find some new friends who want our oil but don’t want to send poison to our people.
