LETTER – Support for ‘Teflon’ Trudeau and all his scandals is misplaced

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. (Image: FCM)

Dear Mr. Rothenburger,

I’m back again, to suggest that your slip continues to show. I understand that you are a longtime supporter of the Liberal Party and Mr. Trudeau, but I would encorage you to watch Rex Murphy’s interview with Pierre Poilievre and try to dismiss what the two of them are saying.

Sir, your support of “Teflon” Trudeau with his unlimited number of scandals is misplaced, even though a vast host of “Woke” Canadians will still be convinced that he is worthy of the office of Prime Minister while he continues to destroy our country.

ALLEN HERN

  1. Indeed we need a different management of the many issues facing our beloved country. Personally I find people’s personal freedoms at the expense of societal, hence collective well-being, is routinely abused by many. While the formation of our country had its problems, Canada has been indeed a good model but that model is under attack. While liberal at heart, I am no longer enthused about JT.

  2. Well thats a lot of drama eh? He has not destroyed our Country and of course Polievere/Trump is going to be negative about him. I feel sick at the possibility of him becoming Prime Minister

    • The federal government’s gross debt has increased by 50% since the start of the Trudeau government’s first mandate.

The current Liberal government has never posted a budget surplus.

Under both former finance minister Bill Morneau and Freeland, Ottawa has always been in the red.

That’s added to the federal debt, which, at last check, is roughly $1.2 trillion — double the $612.3 billion it was when Trudeau and his team took the reins of power.

The government is no longer projecting when it will return to a balanced budget.

If that does not concern you that is very frightening!

Dear Mr. Hern comments like yours leaves me shaking my head. Perhaps you could list the top 6 or 7 scandals as it is all too easy to make unsubstantiated claims without backing them up with FACTS.
