PETERS – When it comes to the PAC, are there any undecided voters?

APRIL 4 IS THE DAY we all get to have our say on the latest Performing Arts Centre proposal, and the prospect of funding it through borrowing a large sum and paying it back over a number of years.

Before then, proponents of the arts centre will mount their best campaign to sell why it would be a big benefit for Kamloops.

And if a concerted opposition campaign pops up, it will try to convince voters that this is not a project worth this type of public investment.

  1. Thanks for the wise council James. It’s important that most everyone keep an open mind and contribute, at least think about the views of others. To that end, visit the city sponsored “Let’s talk,Arts Centre Referendum site (City of Kamloops). Read the community discussion and check out the F.A.Q. Today’s post in the discussion – my somewhat provocative contribution – should prompt involvement and attention. Join in, respectfully one hopes.
