New RCMP officer coming from Nova Scotia

RCMPNEWS/ POLICE — The Kamloops RCMP detachment has a new operations officer to replace Inspector Jennie Latham.

Inspector Tony Perry is currently serving in the Antigonish District of Nova Scotia. Inspector Perry has 26 years of operational experience in General Duties and Major Crimes.

An arrival date hasn’t yet been determined.

Latham accepted a transfer to Ottawa in January after two and a half years in Kamloops.
