Interior Health (IH) Home Health services will resume in the Clinton area Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026, following the lifting of a local evacuation order but the Clinton Health & Wellness Centre remains closed.
Services were suspended on July 24 due to wildfire-related risks associated with the Pear Lake and Fiftynine Creek wildfires.

The centre offers a range of information, supports and recovery resources to help community members during the transition home and throughout the recovery process. For this weekend, hours of operation for the centre on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 15 and 16, are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Residents can visit the centre in person or call 778-583-0334.
Residents requiring urgent same-day care can access services at the Ashcroft Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC), located at 700 Ash-Cache Creek Highway in Ashcroft. Patients are encouraged to call 250-453-2211 in advance to discuss their care needs and arrange an appointment where possible.
