COLLINS – City Council could have a different look this fall

THE CIVIC ELECTION in October is still a few months away, but already there are signs the council table could look substantially different.

There are several names of veterans and newcomers to announce their intentions to help lead the City.

Some are proven leaders, some will be one issue fluff, and all will be convinced they are the best there’s ever been.

Some very valuable experience will be missing.

We are losing a strong leader in Mayor Ken Christian. He is the latest in a list of really good Mayors.

We will lose one, or both, of Arjun Singh and Dieter Dudy, both of whom bring a veteran presence to Council.
