Who has the appetite for even thinking of a new PAC and burdening residential citizens with a huge debt for a white elephant?
As an example, we have umpteen empty or nearly empty churches now and who knows when people can even go inside to full capacity to enjoy singing “religious” songs and spend time together? Not exactly performing arts but you catch my drift.
Let the PAC proposal sit in a cold case file for a few years.
