POLICE – Gun pointing incident at Lorne Street home being investigated

A 36-year-old Kamloops man was being sought Sunday afternoon (March 22, 2020) after a gun-pointing incident at a home on Lorne Street.

RCMP said the incident occurred about 8:30 a.m. Police did not release details but were looking for Michael George Luttman, who they said may have been present.

They said Luttman was previously charged and is the subject of outstanding arrest warrants for:

  • Breach of recognizance x2
  • Extortion
  • Utter threats x2
  • Possess loaded firearm
  • Careless storage of a firearm
  • Fail to comply with an order x2
  • Identity fraud
  • Obstruct police
RCMP advised that if you see Michael Luttman, do not approach him. Call RCMP Kamloops at 250-828-3000 or 911.
