POLICE – Body found in pond by Domtar pulp mill employees

Police are investigating the discovery of a body in one of the Domtar pulp mill ponds just after 3 p.m. today (March 7, 2018).

The body was spotted by employees of the mill.

The RCMP Serious Crime Unit and the Coroner’s Officer arrived at the scene to investigate, but few details have become available.

Police said it’s unknown how the body came to be in the pond, how long it has been there or if foul play is suspected.
