NDP leader John Horgan unveiled his campaign bus today in Vancouver. “As we kick this election campaign into high gear, I’m looking forward to meeting people from all walks of life and sharing our vision for building a better B.C.,” said Horgan….

Coun. Donovan Cavers, the Green Party candidate in Kamloops-South Thompson riding, announced at today’s City council meeting that his unpaid leave will kick in immediately because he’s currently being viewed more as a provincial candidate than as a City councillor….

Kamloops-North Thompson B.C. NDP candidate Barb Nederpel doubts that the new health care service for seniors announced by Health Minister Terry Lake are a net increase in service. “This commitment was needed a decade ago, not when Christy Clark is trying to shore up election time support,” said Nederpel. “After all, she closed two integrated clinics in the lower mainland, and yesterday’s announcement has raised concerns about where overall service levels will be on the front lines in Kamloops.“…

Kamloops media — including CFJC, CBC, Kamloops This Week and ArmchairMayor — will co-host a candidates forum on Tuesday, April 25 at 7 p.m. in the TRU Grand Hall.

  1. Guess this bus is going north to Alaska, but seriously, get away from negative ads, we might find it worthwhile voting.
