POLICE – Youths arrested after BB-gun shooting near Brock school

Brocklehurst Middle School was placed in lockdown today (March 2, 2017) after a youth was shot with a BB gun near but not on the school grounds.

rcmppatch2Staff Sft. Robert Daily said the lockdown took effect until police were able to resolve the incident peacefully. Three people have been arrested. A young victim shot with the BB gun was taken to Royal Inland Hospital with minor injuries.

Daly said none of the three involved in the incident is a student of the school. Police remained on the scene afterward to investigate.
