Logging truck tips on Paul Lake Road
PAUL LAKE – A westbound logging truck ended up in the ditch on Paul Lake Road today (Nov. 22, 2016) after the driver lost control.
The accident occurred at kilometer 3.5 on the road about 1:15 p.m. Police said no one was injured. However, one lane was covered in debris and they said it would take until 6 or 7 p.m. to clear. There is single alternating traffic until then.
RCMP advice caution in this area and expect delays until the debris is cleared.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.

Had the load flopped into the on coming lane this accident could have been fatal. Most of the truckers coming out of Paul Lake forests are pretty good, but the odd one is all it takes.
