11:04 AM Fly Past by 419 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force, Cold Lake, Alberta

11:06 AM Prayers

11:10 AM Placing of Wreaths
At the conclusion of the placing of wreaths, the parade will march past the Reviewing Stand, which will be in the 100 block of Victoria Street.
