Rensch, JennThis Thanksgiving weekend, check out the Tranquille Farm Fresh Corn Maze. Open on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. the Corn Maze takes about 40 minutes to complete. Not only will you challenge your sense of direction while you navigate through the stalks you’ll also have the opportunity to learn historical details, as there are many markers filled with snippets of information regarding the Farm’s history. Monday, Oct. 13 it’s the annual Thanksgiving Teddy Bear Picnic at the B.C. Wildlife Park. Bring the whole family, including your child’s favourite stuffy, for family friendly entertainment. Uncle Chris the Clown will make a special appearance, providing many laughs, the Teddy Bear Doctor is taking appointments; with a colouring contest and BBQ included in the days activities.
