Couple killed on motorcycle identified

RCMPNEWS/ POLICE — The identities of a couple killed in a motorcycle accident in Vernon on Sunday have been released.

They were Carol Joyce Thor, aged 57, and her spouse Brian Thor, also 57, both from Vernon.

Brian Thor was the driver and his wife the passenger on a motorcycle that collided with another vehicle on Westside Road in Vernon about 9 p.m. April 13. Both died at the scene.

The B.C. Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate the deaths.
