POLICE – Woman groped while shopping, man flees on foot

Police would like to speak to a person of interest in an alleged groping incident.

On Dec. 20, 2025, just before 7:30 p.m., a woman was the victim of being groped while she was shopping in the 450-block of Lansdowne Street.  The man fled on foot after being confronted by security.

“The Kamloops RCMP is releasing a photo” of a man they wish to speak to in the hopes of advancing the investigation,” said Cpl. Dana Napier, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson. “If you know this person please contact the Kamloops RCMP.”

Anyone with information related to the investigation is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 and cite file 2025-41951.
