POLICE – 42-year-old missing since Monday, may have headed for Chase

Katherine Gillis.

The Kamloops RCMP Detachment is seeking public assistance to locate missing woman Katherine Gillis.

Gillis, who is 42 years old, and spends most of her time in Kelowna, was last seen in Kamloops on the North Shore area on Monday, May 26, 2025, in the afternoon and has not been seen since.

“Katherine told a family member she was intending on going to Chase,” said Cpl. Dana Napier, spokesperson for the Kamloops RCMP.

Katherine “Katie” is described as;

  • Caucasian female
  • 5’4”
  • 108 lbs
  • Brown hair with several colours in it
  • Grey eyes.

Anyone with information about Katherine’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment 250-828-3000 and reference file number 2025-16349.
