The Kamloops RCMP detachment is releasing images of a suspect in an attempt to further a recent break and enter investigation.

On Wednesday June 5, 2024, RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a residence on the 1600-block of Tranquille Road, captured on security video earlier that morning around 2 a.m. A number of items were stolen from at least two homes.

“As part of the investigation, police are releasing a suspect image in the hopes that someone will recognize him and assist with identification,” said Cpl. Crystal Evelyn, Kamloops RCMP Detachment spokesperson.

The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • Facial hair
  • Distinct jawline

Clothing:

  • Red ball cap
  • Dark hoodie with circle and diamond logo
  • Grey pants with white speckle or camo pattern

Anyone who saw anything, captured video, or has more information that may be related to this investigation is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment at 250-828-3000 and reference file 2024-17105.
