LETTER – Vote for Buddy. He’ll never turn his back on his supporters

We seem to be fatigued with politics. Campaign promises get broken, the political things we hope to have happen never seem to happen and we can hardly wait for the next election.

Could things be different if our best friends ran for office and were elected?

Would we still have any excuses for having voted for the wrong candidate?  How about being able to admit we voted on the basis of good looks and a sound character?

Buddy, the Border Collie mix, was rescued by the SPCA.  He became part of our family and has shown nothing but love and devotion to us ever since we adopted him.

He has never criticized nor has he turned his back on those who have supported him.

He’s never borne false witness against anyone.  He loves anybody who pays attention to him. He’s gorgeous and looks absolutely marvelous when wearing a red silk tie.

What more would you want in a candidate?
