LETTER – Address drug addictions but strive for safe community too

Re: EDITORIAL – Coroner is wrong; we shouldn’t live with public drug use

I really appreciate your column in which you describe what I believe to be the view of many citizens in Kamloops and perhaps more broadly around our country.

Empathy and actions are absolutely necessary to address the desperate drug addictions and human tragedies in our presence, however, let us be grateful for our beautiful community and strive for a setting we enjoy and is safe for all demographics.

Thank you for using your platform for balancing views and for good!

Kind regards,

ADRIAN WALL
