ENTERTAINMENT – Music in the Park cancelled for Aug. 22 due to wildfires

Music in the Park has been cancelled for tonight, Aug. 22, 2023. The City posted the following notice on Facebook this afternoon:

“Music in the Park is cancelled for tonight, August 22. Please check Kamloops.ca/MusicInThePark after 3 pm each day for any cancellation updates. Our out-of-town performers have respectfully cancelled their plans to travel to our region due to the travel ban and wildfires in our area. We are diligently working on confirming local performers to finish the season.”
