LETTER – Setting speed tickets based on income would set up two-tiered system

Re: Speeding fines should be based on how much money we make

Is this not the same as two-tier medical system which 99 per cent, I am guessing, of Canadians do not want?

High income owners can pay for medical services in two-tier, traffic fines is the opposite where high income earners have to pay more.

So we shouldn’t become high income earners to benefit in B.C.

You get the basis of what I am saying for I can not explain it better.
