POLICE – Arrest made after man robs Aberdeen business using a firearm

A suspect is in custody after an armed robbery at a business near Aberdeen Mall today (April 19, 2921) at about 12:45 p.m..

RCMP were called to the scene when the business reported a man had robbed the place using a firearm.

He was described as Caucasian, 6’1, with dark hair, a thin build, and a face tattoo of a crown underneath one eye. He was wearing a red ball cap, grey hoodie and jeans and was believed to have ditched his hat and changed into a white hoodie.

After the robbery he was seen running in a parking lot at Notre Dame and Laval. The police dog service unit went on a hunt and later reported an arrest.
