POLICE – Electronic devices seized in connection with Walmart threat

Numerous electronic devices have been seized from the Kamloops home of a subject of interest in the Walmart threats, RCMP said today.

The devices, which were taken as they executed a search warrant on the home, will be examined for possible information relating to the threat.

The store was evacuated for several hours Monday after police were told of a threat made via the Internet.

No details have been released as to the nature of the threat, the suspect or anything else to do with the ongoing investigation.
