POLICE – Arrest made in Holt Street apartment shooting

Kamloops RCMP have arrested a 28-year-old Kamloops man who allegedly fired a gun in an apartment building on Holt Street Nov. 4.

Cpl. Jodi Shelkie said today (Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017) Investigation led Kamloops officers to a home in Paul Lake where the suspect was arrested without incident.  She said he is in custody and will go to court this afternoon.

Kamloops RCMP are recommending charges of:  Robbery with a Firearm, Careless Use of Firearm, Uttering Threats, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Firearm Contrary to a Prohibition Order.
