POLICE – Early morning house fire called ‘suspicious’; no one hurt

Today (May 14, 2017) at about 5 a.m. Kamloops RCMP were called to a residence in the 1300 block of Dunbar Road by Kamloops Fire base for suspicious residential fire.

The occupants of the residence escaped without injury.  The residence was severely damaged.

Police and fire department remain on scene collecting evidence and continuing the investigation.

Police ask the public to drive with caution in the area as Kamloops Fire have fire and safety equipment in use on scene.
