ELECTION – Green Party leader Andrew Weaver makes stop in Kamloops

Green Party leader Andrew Weaver will be in Kamloops on Sunday (April 30, 2017) in support of Kamloops-South Thompson candidate Donovan Cavers and Kamloops-North Thompson candidate Dan Hines. They’ll all be at the Red Beard Café, 449 Tranquille Rd., between 12 and 1 p.m.

…Advance voting days continue on Sunday, May 30, and Wednesday, May 3 through Saturday, May 6. In Kamloops-North Thompson, polling stations are at the Barriere Lions Club, Centre for Seniors Activity Centre on Tranquille Road, Moccasin Square Gardens, North Shore Community Centre, Royal Canadian Legion 259 in Clearwater and Dutch Lake Community Centre (Saturday May 6 only). In Kamloops-South Thompson you can vote at the Chase Community Hall, Kamloops Curling Club and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Polls are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
