East Africa topic for travel club

TRAVEL — East Africa will be the focus of the next Kamloops Travel Club meeting Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. in the Day’s Inn.

The travel club is an informal group that gets together regularly to talk about travel. Travel socials take place at least once a month. The casual meet-ups are an opportunity to get to know other travelers, share travel experiences, photos, trip ideas and advice.

The Thursday, Feb. 26 meeting will include pictures, video and information on East Africa from G Adventures Tours. There’s no charge; those who attend are invited to bring some refreshments to share.
