Victim in East Shuswap Road accident identified

NEWS — A Kamloops woman killed in a car accident on East Shuswap Road last weekend has been identified as Amber Marie Lukow, 30.

Lukow was the driver and sole occupant of a car travelling on the road just after midnight Sunday morning when it left the road and struck a wooden fence. She died at the scene.

The B.C. Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate.
