Howard will be displaying a variety of works that he has created over the past two years. These oil paintings will feature landscapes, animals, and flowers. Howard said this about the upcoming exhibition, “During these past 40 years, I have had the opportunity to take lessons from three notable art teachers. Appreciating their varied style regarding the technique of working with oils, I have banked the ideas and have put this into my own style. I have tried to create realism with my pieces. Having said this, you can see that I may have ventured away from what you see in my paintings and what was really the real thing. I have found that creating is a challenge that cannot be prescribed, it is in the heart.”
