Very busy weekend coming up

Rensch, JennSept. 26 – 28 is Culture Days. Take in multiple free activities throughout the city all weekend. Culture Days was created in 2009 as a way to give Canadians the opportunity to participate in, and appreciate, all forms of arts and culture. The three-day celebration of free activities in Kamloops will include admission to the Kamloops Art Gallery, an open dress rehearsal to the Kamloops Symphony, live painting demonstrations, hoop dance, backstage tour of the Pavilion Theatre and so much more. The 5th Annual Interior Wellness Festival takes place Sept. 26 – 28. Free to attend, with many free workshops, the Wellness Festival features seminars on nutrition, stress management, and mediation to name a few. Fitness classes will include Yoga, Belly Dance, Zumba and more. Bring the children, as there’s a Healthy Kid Zone that includes workshops such as Connecting to Nature, Stretch & Fun, and Story Time.
