Museum exhibit on Great War

ARTS/ COMMUNITY — A new exhibit on the Great War opens Thursday at the Kamloops Museum & Archives.

FrayCalled Into the Fray, the exhibit will run from Sept. 18 to Dec. 31 and explores the sacrifices made for the war effort through the eyes of the Kamloops community and the individuals who experienced the war first-hand.

The exhibit will focus on “six brave men” who answered the call “to an unexpected collision with the 20th century.”

An opening night reception will be held thursday evening.
