Evacuation alert removed from Botanie Creek wildfire area

NEWS/ WILDFIRES — The evacuation alert for the Botanie Creek wildfire north of Lytton will be lifted effective 8 p.m. today (Sunday).

The alert was left in place after the Thompson-Nicola Regional District removed an evacuation order earlier and residents were allowed to return home.
