Car Free Day - Fun at Big Little Science Centre booth.

Traffic was a little crowded on surrounding streets and rain was on the way Wednesday as Car Free Day got rolling in the 200-400 blocks of Victoria Street but nobody seemed to mind. The three-block stretch was turned into a pedestrian mall for the start of the Downtown Merchants Market.
