Identity of man who died in Paul Lake crash confirmed

NEWS — The B.C. Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died in a motor vehicle accident near Paul Lake on Wednesday evening.

B.C. Coroners ServiceThe man is Barry Wilson Charlie Jr., aged 27, from Lytton.

Charlie was an unrestrained passenger in a minivan travelling westbound on the Pinantan-Pritchard Road when the van overturned.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. Four other occupants including the driver were taken to Royal Inland Hospital. No other vehicles were involved.

The B.C .Coroners Service continues to investigate the death.
