Rain storm closes City sports fields until Thursday

NEWS/ CITY — Tuesday night’s rain storm will result in the closing of several City fields until late Thursday afternoon.

Staff inspected and assessed the condition of fields and have decided the following City fields will be closed as of this afternoon (Wednesday) until 5 p.m. Thursday, June 26.

All baseball and soccer fields at McArthur Island,

All sports fields at Singh Bowl, and

Fields and turf at Hillside Stadium.
