A few spots left in CAP golf tournament

COMMUNITY — There are a few more spots left in the 2014 CAP Team Golf Tournament.

The tournament will be a Vegas Style Scramble at the Dunes Golf Course on Thursday, June 12 and will be a shotgun start at 3 p.m. Dinner and prizes will start at 6:30 p.m.

There be food holes and beverage stations on different holes throughout the golf course; Mountain High Pizza will provide slices of pizza to each golfer and The Noble Pig Brewhouse and Restaurant will provide samples of beer to each golfer.

The KCBIA is looking for another sponsor of a food hole as well as a beverage hole. In terms of other on-course activities, there will be KP’s, Long Drives and the game of Over/Under. The Spin to Win cart will also be driving around.

The Instagram Frame will be on the course with costumes — participants can put them on and capture some memorable shots.

Prizes include a night in the Grand Sun Peaks Hotel and Conference Center, and a two night’s stay in a signature room in the Delta Lodge in Kananaskis. One lucky winner will walk away with tickets to a B.C. Lions game, a gift certificate to Pied et Terre on Cambie in Vancouver and a one-night stay in the St. Regis Hotel. Grand prize will be a Vegas Experience in Kamloops.
