Should City council declare amnesty on backyard chickens and review its bylaw?

Chickens deserve a nice back yard, too.

ARMCHAIR MAYOR POLL — City council this week agreed to let a resident keep her backyard chickens for now but leave the current bylaw in place. Is it time to declare amnesty on chickens and/or change the bylaw to allow them? Vote in the poll on the righthand side of the page.
