Inappropriate touching incident on river bank

RCMPNEWS/ POLICE — Police are investigating an incident on the river bank near Kitchner Crecsent early this afternoon.

RCMP Cpl. Cheryl Bush said a male was walking in the area when he was approached by an unknown man who spoke with him briefly, then suddenly grabbed him inappropriately and fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male about 5 ft. 9 inches tall, in his 20s with short brown hair and slim build. He was wearing a black t-shirt and red shorts. RCMP tried to find him with a police dog but were unsuccessful.
