If you’ve lost a dirt bike, police might have it

RCMPNEWS/ POLICE — If you’re missing your dirt bike, Kamloops RCMP might have it.

Police were notified a couple of weeks ago about an abandoned dirt bike at the end of Singh Street and have recovered the bike, but have not been able to locate the owner. It is described as a Kawasaki KX250 with some very distinguishable features that the rightful owner would be able to identify.

If you own a bike matching the description, police say you should ensure it’s still where it should be, “as this could be a case of an owner not knowing that it has gone missing, therefore it has not yet been reported as stolen.”
