Tranquille Road store robbed Sunday night

NEWS — RCMP are looked for a suspect after a man robbed the Adultz store at 253 Tranquille Road about 9:44 p.m. Sunday.

Screen Shot 2014-01-28 at 2.58.52 PMCpl. Allison Good said today the man entered just before closing time and demanded money from the clerk, then left on foot northbound on Tranquille Road. Police responded immediately with a police dog but couldn’t find him.

Good said there was a significant amount of foot traffic in the area at the time.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male wearing a white winter jacket zipped up to his nose, with the hood only showing a brief part of his eyes, blue jeans and an exacto knife.
