RCMP reported that a witness told them three people approached a motel room door and that a man was carrying what appeared to be a handgun. They then left the motel in a dark-coloured, four-door car, heading eastbound on Greenstone drive.

Police spoke with the occupants of the motel room but said they were uncooperative.

“Nobody was injured during the incident and police are attempting to identify the individuals involved,” Cpl. Cheryl Bush reported.
