The meeting will start at 7 p.m. in the gym and seating is on a first come basis. RCMP and the Kamloops-Thompson school district are hosting the meeting.

RCMP and the school district have recently expressed concerns about” the alleged exchange of inappropriate material.”

In an earlier statement, RCMP said, “The message to parents remains the same that you need to be engaged with your children’s online and social media activities. This can lead to tough or uncomfortable conversations, but these conversations are critical.”
