What are the requirements for Tweeting?

A co-worker gave me hell today for not posting the link to my Twitter page. Shows how much I know. The page is out there under my own name, ie. MelRothenburger, as I’m pretty sure the instructions said not to put spaces in between.

Today, I’ve been struggling with the challenge of thinking of something meaningful and useful to Tweet.

But then, I’m not totally sure if meaningful and useful are requirements for Tweeting.
