Barb’s Used Book & Music Sale returns to 444 Seymour Street (the former Value Village location downtown) for the spring sale. This year, the spring sale is happening slightly earlier than usual, beginning Saturday, March 21 and concluding on Sunday, April 5.
Gently used books, sheet music, vinyl records, DVDs, will be available for as little as $2. All money raised by the sale will go towards the KSO’s operating expenses, which include everything from concert productions to educational programs.
Volunteers will be accepting donations at the loading dock on the West side of the building (the parking lot beside The Plaza Hotel) starting Wednesday, March 18. Donors are asked to make contact with volunteers at the loading dock when dropping off donations. Please do not drop and run.
The final day for donations will be Saturday, March 28. Volunteers will not accept dirty/tattered books, magazines, Readers Digest, encyclopedias, textbooks, VHS, or cassette tapes.
